As a doctor/consultant and trainer of KanCare International Clinic you are  required to perform non-invasive and minimally-invasive skin care and aesthetic procedures in a clinic setting. With a focus on providing excellent patient experience, consult on treatments and recommend appropriate skin care products, treatment and recommendations to our patients.



• Provide professional consultation with patients on skin, face and body related aesthetic concerns and provide medical advice on effective treatment solutions related to our services and products

• Responsible for handling patient enquires and educating patients about course of treatments, possible downtime and post-treatment care

Product Specialist and Regional Business Development Manager 

We’re looking for an experienced and inspiring Product Specialist and Regional Business Development Manager who is in charge of improving and growing a business, by fostering and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners. You may work to improve profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the business, position or reputation in some way.

A field product specialist is a professional who has the prime responsibility of promoting and enhancing the products of the organization. He/she is the most vital link between the customers and the production team. Field product specialist responsibilities involve studying the market trends, understanding the client’s needs, delivering products that meet their expectations, and designing strategies that would help in stabilizing the product in the market, and making sure that it generates maximum profit for the organization.

Working in a clinical and scientific skincare and stem cell technology company, you’re going to immerse yourself in the best of both worlds: business and science.


Key duties

Duties will involve managing company business development, products’ training and products’application plan, teams’ productivity, business operations, staff training and customer services. You will also be required to create presentations and produce management-level reports. To be a successful hire, you will need to have medical/healthcare knowledge, great communications skills, are business minded and have the drive to succeed,



  • Regional Business development 
    • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services
    • Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation, generate leads and cold call prospective customers
    • Understand the needs of your customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these
    • Organize company’s events, seminars, business trips and training sessions for customers
    • Attend healthcare seminars, meeting, conferences and events where appropriate
  • Business planning & execution
    • Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
    • Work strategically – carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes
    • Have a good understanding of the businesses’ products or services and be able to advise others about them.
    • Planning and manage marketing and sale plan.
    • Prepare quotation, contract, negotiate pricing, with customers and suppliers


  • Product Specialist (Consultant and Trainer)
  • To design strategies that will help in meeting and surpassing the sales objectives of the organization.
  • To carry out the field activities within the given budget and territory and to be able to predict the future sales trends.
  • To make sure that the present clients remain intact and design strategies to market the new and existing products, and thereby attract and add new clients.
  • To keep a track of the product’s progress and to check if there are any discrepancies in it.
  • To make every possible effort to resolve the issues of the product and find out ways to enhance its strengths so as to achieve maximum revenue for the organization.
  • To keep updated about the latest developments related to the product and keep abreast with the competitors’ products and their strategies.
  • Organise weekly and monthly training program in Singapore and other countries.
  • Other Tasks
    • Recruitment: Assist in recruitment and placement of required staff. Delegate tasks and accountability.
    • Operating: Establish work schedules. Supervise staff. Monitor and evaluate the staff performance and contract.
    • Internal Training: Ensure staff are on board throughout the organisation, and understand the need for change and what is required of them;
  • Best Practices: Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures.
  • Team works: liaise with the company’s shareholders, board of directors and management of the subsidiaries to organize the best work flow, SOP and quality control of products and services’ branding, marketing, sale to improving the way the business operates.
  • Logistics: Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer services.
  • Administration: Creating and maintaining office systems including data management. 

Requirements/ Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – needed for communicating with a wide
    range of people, both internally and externally, local and international.
  • Keen sense of aesthetics, sharp eye for detail.
  • Good understanding of organizing conference at different time zones.
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in organisational effectiveness and operations management.
  • The ability to research, analyse and present complex information in an easy to understand
  • Fluency in English; Command of Vietnamese/Mandarin or/and other languages is an added


  • Minimum of 3 years working experience in Business Development/Operations/Marketing and Sale.
  • Past experience in beauty, pharmaceuticals, and healthcare areas is an added advantage.
